A New Chapter of Leadership: Sarah Elliott Appointed Vice President of Philanthropy & Operations

At Ebed-Melech Foundation, leadership is not only about vision—it is about service, stewardship, and the ability to transform purpose into impact. Today, we are honored to announce the appointment of Sarah Elliott as Vice President of Philanthropy & Operations, marking a significant step forward in the Foundation’s continued growth and global mission.

Sarah Elliott brings a unique and powerful blend of compassion, creativity, and operational leadership to this role. As an emerging author, trauma-informed life coach, and advocate for healing-centered work, she embodies the very essence of the Foundation’s mission: to uplift lives, expand access to education, and inspire transformation through faith and purpose.

In her new role, Sarah will oversee the Foundation’s day-to-day operations while leading its philanthropic initiatives, including donor engagement, scholarship development, and global outreach efforts. Her leadership will be instrumental in strengthening programs such as the Foundation’s scholarship initiatives, which provide life-changing opportunities for students pursuing education through Ebed-Melech University.

“Sarah represents the next generation of leadership—one that leads with both heart and excellence,” said Dr. Roxanne Kemp, Founder and President of the Foundation. “Her voice, her vision, and her commitment to service position her to not only support our mission but to expand it in ways that reach communities around the world.”

As Vice President, Sarah will play a central role in aligning philanthropic strategy with operational execution—ensuring that every initiative is both impactful and sustainable. From building meaningful donor relationships to implementing systems that support long-term growth, her leadership will help carry the Foundation into its next phase of development.

Beyond her leadership role, Sarah’s work as a writer adds a deeply human dimension to the Foundation’s outreach. Through storytelling, she captures experiences that resonate, heal, and connect—creating pathways for individuals and communities to engage with the Foundation’s mission on a deeper level. Her voice will serve not only as a source of inspiration, but as a bridge between purpose and action.

This appointment also reflects the Foundation’s commitment to cultivating leadership that is rooted in faith, family, and legacy. As the organization continues to expand its global footprint, leaders like Sarah ensure that its mission remains grounded in authenticity, compassion, and service.

Together, Ebed-Melech Foundation and Ebed-Melech University remain dedicated to creating opportunities that empower individuals to walk in their purpose and make a lasting impact in their communities.

We are proud to welcome Sarah Elliott into this role and look forward to the transformative work ahead.
